Production Standards

Spiral welded pipe, as the name implies, is a steel pipe that has a seam running its entire length in a spiral form. The strip is straightened and guided into a forming station, where it is formed to produce a forming roller at a predetermined forming angle, ensuring proper welding gap.

During all production process internal and external welds are tracked continuously. Inside, and later, outside welding is performed by an automatic submerged arc method system on the mill 100 percent of welds are inspected. Pipes are cut to a predetermined length by an automatic plasma arc cutting device. According to their usage following standards are performed.
